The piece
Navy Ellipse is a quiet tone-on-tone design in deep slate navy. Long pointed ovals overlap in vertical rows, and where they cross they leave slim diamonds in a slightly lighter blue. The outlines are set a shade darker than the fill, so the pattern appears through texture and shadow rather than contrast. It grounds a bedroom, a home office or a media room with grey upholstery and brass.
