What is the minimum order?

Programme and wholesale orders start at five pieces per design. For interior designers and architects we also weave single bespoke pieces to project specification.

Can you produce our own designs?

Yes. Size, construction, material, and palette are made to your specification. You approve CAD-ready technical sheets and a physical sample before production begins.

How long does production take?

It depends on the construction — a hand-knotted piece spends months on the loom, while machine-made programmes move considerably faster. You receive exact lead times with your quotation, within one business day of your brief.

Do you handle export and shipping?

Fully. Sea and air freight ex Delhi, complete export documentation, and door-to-door delivery — to Germany and the EU, the Gulf, North America, and beyond.

Can we judge the quality before committing?

Start with the sample kit: swatches curated to your brief by a consultant, shipped worldwide, with half the kit value redeemable against your first order.

Can we visit the atelier?

Gladly. The atelier in Jaipur receives partners by appointment — write to us and we will arrange it.
