Vermilion Suzani
The piece
Vermilion Suzani takes its layout from Central Asian suzani embroidery. A large round medallion in pale aqua sits at the center, ringed by a scalloped saffron border and filled with lilac petals around a cream and gold rosette. Around it, wine colored vines with curling leaves spread over a vivid vermilion field. It brings color and warmth to a bohemian living room, a bright bedroom or a playful entrance.
