Champagne Fan

The piece

Champagne Fan repeats rows of pleated fans across a charcoal ground, each one opening out from a small clouded crown in solid black. The ribs are drawn in fine champagne lines studded with tiny dots, and the fans overlap like scales from row to row. The lines catch a soft sheen against the dark field. It suits a dining room, a bar or a bedroom with brass and dark lacquer.
